2. User Obligations

As a client, you are required to provide accurate personal information when booking appointments and maintain honesty regarding your hair and scalp conditions. You must arrive punctually for scheduled appointments or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other customers at all times.

Provide truthful information about allergies or skin sensitivities
Follow hygiene standards and arrive in clean condition
Respect our no-smoking and no-alcohol policies
Pay for services promptly using accepted payment methods

3. Service Limitations

Our barbershop services are provided based on professional assessment and available time slots. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who appear intoxicated, aggressive, or have contagious scalp conditions. Service availability depends on barber schedules and may be subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee specific results as hair texture and growth patterns vary individually.

Certain specialized services may require advance booking and additional consultation time. We cannot accommodate requests that may compromise health and safety standards or violate professional barbering regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of our barbershop and protected by intellectual property laws. The barbershop name, logo, and branding elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit written permission.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary styling techniques, training materials, or business methodologies. Photography or video recording within our premises requires prior written consent from management.

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided on the day of incident. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products when clients fail to disclose known sensitivities. While we maintain professional insurance, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services during the calendar year.

We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost wages, emotional distress, or opportunity costs. Clients assume responsibility for following aftercare instructions and maintaining proper hair care between visits.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Client information is collected solely for appointment scheduling and service provision purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Appointment records are maintained for operational purposes and may be retained for up to two years for quality assurance and scheduling reference.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under local arbitration rules. Legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the incident giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws, and any legal action must be filed in the appropriate local court system. Both parties waive rights to jury trial and class action proceedings.

8. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Updated terms will be posted prominently and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Major changes will be communicated through our standard client notification procedures.
